Refund policy

We want you have a great experience when buying from us, we are passionate about what we do. We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, 90% or more uneaten or in the case of decorations unopened. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation times vary depending on your order type:

Wedding Cakes - please refer to the payment and refund information on your booking email.

Custom Cakes - these are cakes where we are working to a design that you've requested or we've varied one of our designs to meet your needs. You can cancel a maximum of seven days before your cake is due for delivery or collection. If we have ordered parts or decorations specifically for your cake these will not be refunded.

Regular Cakes - these are cakes you can order directly on our website. You can cancel a maximum of three days before the delivery/collection date. eg if your cake is due Saturday you can cancel on Wednesday.

Please note: Our cancellation policy is offered at our discretion and we may withdraw, amend or decide not at apply it at any time. This is in accordance with Section 28 of The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 which allows exemption from section 28 for goods which are clearly personalised, made to a customers specification or which are perishable in less than 14 days.

Return Policy

For food safety and hygiene reasons we do  not accept cake or cupcake returns. Instead please follow the refund policy shown above. This is in accordance with Section 28 of The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013  

For non-food items we accept returns within 28 days of purchase. You'll need proof of purchase and the items must be returned in their original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges We do not offer exchanges.
