Enjoy the simple taste of a traditional Victoria Sponge, baked fresh in our Bath kitchen. This cake features soft, fluffy vanilla sponges sandwiched together with generous layers of sweet strawberry jam and our signature Italian meringue buttercream.

Unlike heavy, sugary icings, our Italian meringue buttercream is light, silky, and not too sweet, making it the perfect partner for the classic sponge and jam filling.
