Biscoff Layer Cake

A crowd-pleasing favorite that combines a spiced sponge with the iconic crunch of Biscoff.

This triple-layer cake is made with a light, moist sponge infused with cinnamon and caramel flavours. Each layer is filled and topped with a smooth Biscoff-flavored buttercream.

To finish, we add a generous drizzle of melted Biscoff spread and a topping of crushed caramel biscuits for extra texture. It is a sweet, recognizable treat that pairs perfectly with a flat white or latte.
