Our take on this all time classic really must be tried. This wonderfully moist Chocolate sponge cake is a celebration of the cherry! With rich cherry compote between the layers together with our Italian Meringue Buttercream. Completely enrobed and topped with vanilla buttercream, decorated with a crown of rosettes, seasonal cherries and a chocolate drip.
Note: from time to time we may have to substitute fresh cherries for glace cherries.
