Chocolate Cake

A rich, classic chocolate cake, baked fresh in Bath.

This is our signature chocolate cake, loved by locals for its deep flavour and moist texture. We bake each sponge using high-quality cocoa and fresh ingredients to ensure it is never dry.

It is filled and covered with our smooth chocolate Italian Meringue Buttercream—a lighter, creamier alternative to standard icing that isn't too sweet. To finish, we add a dark chocolate drip, hand-piped rosettes, and a sprinkle of white and dark chocolate drops.

This cake is also available as GLUTEN FREE OR VEGAN.
