Our Raspberry and Vanilla cake. This cake looks lovely and tastes divine. A delicious gluten free vanilla sponge layered with raspberry buttercream flavoured and coloured using only fresh fruit.

Crowned with piped rosettes with fresh raspberries.

Deliciously Fresh

A lovely cake. Nice texture and great flavour. Not too sweet and held well slicing (v important for a gf cake!). Really pleased.

Thus cake was absolutely DELICIOUS, very fresh, tasty and light (quite sweet) no-one thought it felt sub-par because it was gluten free. Great quick service.
