Didi's Handcrafted Coffee & Walnut Cake

A classic flavour combination done properly. This cake pairs a moist coffee and walnut sponge with a smooth, espresso-infused Italian Meringue Buttercream. Hand-finished with piped rosettes, chocolate coffee beans, and walnut halves, it is a clean, sophisticated choice for any celebration.

We fill and frost the layers with a light espresso Italian Meringue Buttercream. This gives the cake a silky, refined finish that balances the rich coffee and toasted nut flavours without being overly sweet. Each cake is decorated by hand with piped rosettes, chocolate coffee beans, and walnut halves. Perfect for afternoon tea, gatherings, or a birthday centrepiece.
